We met with the CEO on March 30th, 4 days after our initial contact. He was incredibly engaging and personal, and he seemed to have a great sense of what we are trying to do. His English was also very good. On April 8th, we sent a follow-up message and he responded within 24 hours asking for more details on the report. All in all, we were very impressed with the responsiveness from Redwerk.
